Tatiana Byron, the president and founder of 4PM Events, has organized and produced events for some of the world's most talented entertainers and noteworthy charitable causes such as Edwin Gould Foundation, Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and the Tommy Hilfiger Corporate Foundation. Ms. Byron has also worked with Sean "P. Diddy" Combs and his record label, Bad Boy Entertainment for the 2002 MTV Music Video Awards.

Ms. Byron's reputation as a premier event coordinator has reached overseas, resulting in 4PM working on events at the Cannes Film Festival, including the premiere party for "Head in The Cloud", starring Penelope Cruz. Prior to starting her own company in special events, Tatiana Byron was the Vice President of a trade show company and had produced over 300 shows nationwide.
